All prices shown on our site are inclusive of VAT where applicable at the current rate of 20%


We normally despatch your items within 3 days of receiving your cleared payment Monday - Friday, more commonly same day if ordered before 3pm. Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will not be processed until the next working day. However, our fully automated system will reserve your items for you and will despatch an order confirmation to you so you know we have received it.




Please note that due to the high value of the goods we sell, we only despatch items to confirmed UK addresses.

This is due to strict terms and conditions that both PayPal and Google Checkout insist on.

If there are any issues relating to your shipping address a member of the AV Excellence Customer Service team will call you to discuss the possible options available to you.



We use secure signed for delivery for all our items with most items being dispatched using a next working day service, although this is not a GUARANTEED next working day service and can some times take up to 2 days depending on location.

Tracking numbers and contact details for the chosen shipping agent will be supplied allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.

If you have been notified that your item has been shipped and you do not receive your order within the specified time frame please contact us as quickly as possible using the Contact Us page.




Please check your order immediately on arrival. We carefully package items for sending and always retain proof of posting.


If there are any problems with your order then please use the Contact Us form to get in touch. Please always quote your order number so we can quickly resolve the problem. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Your right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm


All goods must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories and manuals in ‘as new’ condition. Any returned products not complying with this may be subject to a handling charge.



When an automated confirmation of order is sent to you, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
